Understanding White Tea

White tea is the least processed of all teas. Made of beautiful silver buds and select leaves, it has a sweet and mild flavor. This presentation will introduce the history, health benefits, and varieties of Chinese white tea, along with brewing tips. Tasting: White Peony (Bai Mudan) shared with our tea friends.
