Self-Defense Seminar

Please join the Monroe County Chamber of Commerce and Gilmore Memorial Hospital for a Women's Self-Defense Seminar, Monday, Sept. 25th, 6 p.m. at Gilmore Memorial Wellness Center, Amory. Learn useful self-defense tips from a certified trainer. This seminar will be fun, interactive, and provide information on how to protect yourself from assailants.
