The Bloomfield HarvestFest is to celebrate the Bloomfield community and its multicultural heritages. The HarvestFest is Bloomfield’s largest event featuring a marketplace of vendors, inflatable rides and non-stop music. The HarvestFest showcases the township’s history and diversity. 2018 VENDOR FEES

  • 1. ARTIST $100 for 1 space, $200 for 2 spaces, for selling hand made items, by you the artist, not handmade by another person or in another country. IF YOU ARE SELLING BOTH CRAFT & RETAIL YOU MUST PAY THE RETAIL FEE. PHOTOS OF ALL HANDMADE ITEMS MUST BE EMAILED TO DONNA AT DVELLA@THISISITPRODUCTIONS.COM. APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AFTER SEPTEMBER 14th, 2018 WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $35 LATE FEE.

  • 2. RETAIL: $225 for 1 space, $450 for 2 spaces, for selling any commercial merchandise & services (i.e., retailers, professional services, independently owned and operated) APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AFTER SEPTEMBER 14th, 2018 WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $35 LATE FEE.

  • 3. CORPORATE: $500 for 1 space, $1000 for 2 spaces. Regional and national brand or company, home improvement companies, franchises APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AFTER SEPTEMBER 14th, 2018 WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $35 LATE FEE.

  • 4. NON-PROFIT'S OUTSIDE OF BLOOMFIELD: $50 per space, for 501(c)3 Please email mission statement & proof of non-profit status to Donna at dvella@thisisitproductions.com. 2018 VENDOR DETAILS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

  • - The fee is non-refundable if the exhibitor cancels. THE EVENT HAS A RAIN DATE OF OCTOBER 7TH, 2018. IF YOU CANNOT MAKE THE RAIN DATE THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OR CREDIT. If it rains on the rain date It is ultimately a collective decision between This Is It! Productions and the Bloomfield Police Department to judge in good faith whether or not personal safety or property are threatened or compromised by threatening or inclement weather. If weather conditions are determined to be abnormal before or during event hours Please note you will be notified if you are NOT accepted for each event. There will be a $35 late fee after September 14th, 2018.

  • - One 12’ x 10’ space will be provided. EXHIBITOR'S MAY NOT EXTEND BEYOND THEIR BOOTH SPACE OF 12X10. EXHIBITORS ARE PROHIBITED FROM SOLICITING OR PROMOTING THEIR GOODS OR SERVICES OUTSIDE OF THEIR BOOTH SPACE AT ANY TIME. YOU MAY NOT WALK THE EVENT TO SOLICIT. FAILURE TO COMPLY SHALL BE SUBJECT TO TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT WITH NO REFUND. Exhibitor is responsible for tent, tables & chairs. Tent must be weighted & covering must meet the following specifications: standard four-corner nylon or vinyl weaves (i.e. E-Z Up Type). TABLES MUST BE COVERED WITH CLOTH TABLECLOTHES DOWN TO THE GROUND. NO EXCEPTIONS! STYLE TENT STRUCTURES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED.

  • - Exhibitors will keep booth assembled and staffed for entire duration of the Festival and remove all merchandise, boxes, debris. Vendors are not allowed to deposit trash in barrels or cans available for Event patrons. THE HOURS OF THE EVENT ARE 11 am—7 pm,

  • - Only those items written in application and included in photos will be permitted for sale. The event organizers reserve the right to refuse unacceptable items for display or sale. Exhibitor may not reassign or share exhibit space. EXHIBITOR MAY NOT OFFER FREE FACE PAINTING OR TATTOO'S. ANYTHING EDIBLE MUST BE PRE-APPROVED BY THIS IS IT PRODUCTIONS AND THE BOARD OF HEALTH.   • - Non-Profit organizations are strongly encouraged to create an interactive activity (i.e. Craft, Game) in conjunction with promotion of mission statement. YOU MAY NOT OFFER FACE PAINTING OR TATTOO'S.

  • - The event organizer reserves the right to decline, prohibit or remove any exhibit which is deemed out of keeping with the character of the Event, including persons, things, products, services, printed material, conduct, alcohol, smoke, noise, etc. Exhibitors will not use flashing lights or noise making devices. GENERATORS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED BY THE ORGANIZER. IF THE GENERATOR IS TOO LOUD OR THE ORGANIZER RECEIVES ANY COMPLAINTS, YOU WILL BE SHUT DOWN. YOU MUST HAVE A FIRE EXTINGUISHER AT YOUR BOOTH IF USING A GENERATOR. THE FIRE INSPECTOR WILL SHUT YOUR GENERATOR DOWN IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ONE. NO WATER OR ELECTRIC IS SUPPLIED.

  • - Exhibitors can not use the Event name or logo on any merchandise (T shirts, mugs, etc.) sold or given to the public without pre-approval, in writing, by the event organizer.

  • - The undersigned understands that this form shall become a binding contract upon acceptance by This Is It! Productions, Inc. and The Bloomfield Center Alliance, and agrees to a) release event organizers, Township of Bloomfield, its agents and employees, and Event Sponsors from any loss or damage and all liability for the duration of the Event and its set-up and breakdown period, and b) abide by the Event rules and regulations which are a part of this agreement and event organizers rules and regulations governing events for 2018.*
