Assessment, Evaluation, and Remediation: Tools for Effective Clinical Supervision

This six-hour training will cover assessment and evaluation of a supervisee’s overall knowledge, skills, and self-awareness as well as strategies to intervene with supervisees. There will be opportunities to explore qualities of positive supervisory relationships as well as practice the evaluation process and provide feedback to aid supervisees.
