Take the mystery out of cheese making. Come to this hands on class on making soft cheeses and you will be able to make them for yourself in your kitchen. Everyone will be able to take home a sample of cheeses made in the class. $35 per person, supplies for class are included. Sorry but we will have limited space so no guests for this class.
