From Twitter to Telegram: A Discussion on Tech and Terrorism

On October 26th, 2017, the Program on Extremism will host a discussion examining the dynamic role of technology in terrorism. After launching the Program's latest publication, Digital Decay: Tracing Change Over Time Among English-Language IS Sympathizers on Twitter, and its newest project, the Telegram Tracker, a panel discussion will be held.
