Liability Waiver For Participating Players (2017 IISA Indoor Soccer Championship)
Welcome to the 10th annual edition of the IFF/IISA Indoor Soccer Championship!! It will be held December 26-29, in Meridian, Idaho. Players who are 18 years old and older, as well as parents of players who are 17 and younger must fill out this waiver of liability in order to participate!
