Our practice is appropriate for all, whether you are a beginner or very experienced. Kundalini yoga from 11 AM to 12:30 PM, Lunch at Kate's Coffee 12:30 to 1:15 PM with soup and salad, then Gong Bath 1:30 to 3:00 PM.
