Yoga & Qi Gong: The Five Elements

The Five Elements framework was developed by ancient Chinese sages to describe the dynamic patterns of nature using five fundamental energies: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water. Join us for a refreshing afternoon of yoga and qi gong in which we learn the Five Elements qi gong set to harmonize these energies in the body, mind and spirit.
