Wisdom Body Lujong: Tibetan Yoga and the Five Elemental Energies

During this weekend, we will train with body-based meditations, subtle body practices, and movement meditations. In particular, we will focus on the energetic elements that make up our world and our experience: earth, water, fire, wind, and space. Focusing on the elements in our own experiential body helps to bring them into balance.
