Pierogi Making with Jim Fingerlow

During this demonstration, Jim Fingerlow will teach you how to make the perfect pierogi! Not only will you learn how to work the dough and turn it into hand-pinched dumplings, but you will also learn how to prepare various fillings for your pierogis. The demonstration will conclude by sampling some of Jim's pierogis.
