The YRA of SF Bay is pleased to offer a US Sailing Sanctioned Offshore Safety at Sea Course at Berkeley Yacht Club on Sunday, February 25, 2018. Moderated by Chuck Hawley, this course is 8 hours and includes a continental breakfast, box lunch and snacks.
