2017-2018 Certification of Internal Controls over the Payment Process

Each year, State agencies must submit an Internal Controls Certification form to the NYS OSC's Bureau of State Expenditures certifying that they maintain adequate controls over their payment process. In this meeting, OSC will discuss the 2017-2018 certification requirements.
