Join the Urban League of Palm Beach County (ULPBC), FPL & Eda and Cliff Viner Community Scholars Foundation for the 7th Annual Youth Empowerment Luncheon featuring keynote speaker Eric Kelly, President of Quantum Foundation on Friday, January 26th at noon at the Palm Beach County Convention Center. The event supports the ULPBC’s youth programs.
