Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing (AFHM) and Resident Selection Plan workshop

This session will provide the legal foundations of fair housing, elements of an acceptable AFHM and Resident Selection Plan. Discussion will also include recent court and HUD rulings related to fair housing.
