Amitayus retreat 1-3 Feb

To enjoy a meaningful human life we need long life and wisdom - the Yoga of Buddha Amitayus is the principal method for increasing our lifespan, merit and wisdom. You are welcome to come to any of the hour-long retreat sessions, which will be at 9 am, 11.30 am and 3.30 pm, on each of the three days.
