Our Graduate Student Organization (ASCE Geo-Institute at UC San Diego) will have the first technical presentation of the year 2018 on Friday, January 26th. The guest speaker is Dr. Andrew Whittle, Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at MIT, and the presentation topic is: "Advances in the Prediction and Control of Ground Deformations"
