This mediator roleplay practice session is the "fishbowl" exercise where participants will rotate opportunities to be the mediator during different hot-spots and can practice their skills. Whether or not you volunteer to sit in the hot-seat you get the chance to offer suggestions, propose techniques and learn from watching others. 3.5 hrs CE $55
