If you are conducting a Bloomfest Pre-Sale, please use this form to let us know how many tulip bouquets you pre-sold, and whether you will pick your order up from our Bloomfest Main Base or would like us to deliver it to you. Delivery available in the Portland metro area for orders of at least $200 (40 bouquets).
