Introductory workshop to OWB Profit & Margin Calculator with Tim Hanni MW and Bree Boskov MW. The workshop will focus on how to work with the calculator tool. Workbooks will feature understanding and managing production cost of goods, cellaring and storage and sales channel profit management. A box lunch will be included and provided in the cost.
