"Make and Take" Food Preservation Series (May 12)

Course participants will learn how to safely and properly preserve different types of food. Everyone registered will engage in hands-on activities, which includes learning how to properly can vegetables, salsa and fruits, and how to pickle vegetables. Take your products home with you to enjoy!
