Living a Healthy Life with Diabetes: Diabetes

This is a six week class led by certified instructors. The class provides tools to manage diabetes including Ways to Balance and Control Blood Sugar, Reading Food Labels, Nutrition, Exercise, and Communication with Healthcare Providers and Action Plans. This class is on Tuesday evenings from 6:00 to 8:00. The series starts 5/8. Last class is 6/12 .
