Dr. Brad Roberts, Director for the Center for Global Security Research at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, will reivew the evolution of U.S. nuclear policy and posture from the Cold War to the current Administration, and will provide an analysis of the elements of continuity and change in the recently released Nuclear Posture Review.
