Teens and Tweens CBT Intensive Group AUG 2018

This group is designed to provide 3hrs per day for 3 days of CBT education to teens and tweens about anxiety. Therapeutic goals include increasing knowledge about the relationship between brain and behavior, increasing mindfulness of how one reacts to stress/anxiety, and learning how to identify and apply adaptive coping vs anxious avoidance.
