May 21: High Elevation Gardening - Onions

Join Lake Tahoe Master Gardeners and UC Davis TERC at the Tahoe City Field Station and learn all about how to grow onions in your own backyard. Our predecessors started eating onions about 6,000 years ago-long before farming, or even writing was invented. Attendees will take home starter plants and get the chance to taste onion inspired dishes.
