Diversity on the Bookshelf Workshop - AM Session

In this free workshop with children's author Jennifer Torres, participants will learn about building a culturally responsive early childhood library. Topics include: evaluating books for diversity, why children need "windows" and "mirrors" when it comes to books, developing storytimes and learning activities around children's literature.
