Wash Stations & Cold Storage at Skinny Dip Farm

Join SEMAP for a tour of Skinny Dip Farm's post-harvest area in Little Compton, RI. Skinny Dip Farm has been a long-time SEMAP supporter. They will walk us through all of the post-harvest steps, from washing to storage. Their use of a Coolbot for refrigeration will be one of several focuses of this workshop.
