July 25th Wellness Chair Massage - Thwing Center

Take a mid-week break with a chair massage! Wellness and 121 Fitness are offering chair massages on Wednesdays between 11:00AM and 1:00PM. These short (12-13 min) sessions will leave you feeling refreshed and re-energized! Spaces are limited (8 per day) so registration and $15 pre-payment is required.
