Tim Hines from LexFarm shows us what it takes to produce real food! By 10AM, the farmers will be many hours into harvesting, and you get to see the real deal- the ins & outs of the operation! Then we will harvest a salad from the learning garden, whip up a vinaigrette, and finish the morning with a goat visit at neighboring Silk Fields Farm!
