Food Preservation-Canning, Dehydrating & Freezing

This will be a class demonstrating the steps of water bath and pressure canning. If you have wanted to preserve some of your own foods and have been a little hesitant now is the chance for hands-on confidence.l will also spend a few minutes on discussing freezing and Dehydrating foods. Everyone will take home a jar of home canned food.
