Small Cell Technology Training

With the passage of SB 1388 this past Spring, the Oklahoma Legislature has established the guidelines for Small Cell Technology implementation in MESO’s member cities and towns. In particular, the legislation allows telecoms to attach to utility poles in addition to light poles, traffic signals and other municipally owned poles.
