Troy Bishop was a responder in the Keys performing damage assessment following Hurricane Irma. This presentation will review the causes and signs of structural damage from hurricanes and hurricane force winds, examine structural failure modes noted after the Hurricane Irma, discuss the first deployment of the SEER program in Florida during Irma.
