The second National Conference of Constitutional Law Scholars will take place at the Westward Look Resort in Tucson, Arizona, on March 9–10, 2019. The Rehnquist Center hosts this conference, the goal of which is to create a vibrant and useful forum for constitutional scholars to gather and exchange ideas.
