Chicago Asthma Consortium Policy Forum 2018

The Policy Forum is funded, in part, by the IL Department of Public Health. We invite participants including physicians, researchers, policy experts, community health workers, asthma advocates, architects, tenants’ rights experts, community development professionals, nurses and representatives from local and national patient advocacy organizations.
