Mindfulness Community Class for Adults October 20th

Mindfulness teacher, Martha Holmes, will lead this months practice on Working with Difficult Emotions. Event is from 1:30pm - 3pm. Explore how we view difficult emotions, how they manifest in our lives, and how to deal with them in a mindful way. A $10 donation will support Mindful Kids Miami Programs.
