Old Capitol Clue

On a stormy night in October of 1851, a mysterious man stepped of the train in Iowa City and headed straight for the Capitol building where he was found dead the next morning. Every October the ghost of the murdered man haunts the Old Capitol Museum and we believed that solving his mystery will finally let him rest peacefully.
