The Unfiltered Collection (formerly known as the JH Collection) is a portfolio of wines hand-crafted by the world-renowned Consulting Winemaker, Jean Hoefliger. Raised in Switzerland, trained in Bordeaux and Napa Valley, Jean brings a unique style to his wines, characterized by long, natural, open-top barrel fermentation.
