Tour of the Joint Water Commission (JWC) Water Treatment Plant (WTP)

The JWC, a partnership between the Cities of Hillsboro, Forest Grove, Beaverton and the Tualatin Valley Water District, is currently working with Jacobs (formerly CH2M) and Slayden Constructors to expand their conventional filtration WTP from 75 MGD to 85 MGD.
