Attorney Sean Doyle will be discussing the major federal laws dealing with assistance animals and explain the workings of each of those laws. Specifically, he will provide an overview of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Air Access Act, and the Fair Housing Act as those laws apply to assistance animals.
