Williamson Act Workshop

FCFB and Fresno County Supervisors Buddy Mendes and Brian Pacheco will co-host a Williamson Act Workshop with Fresno County Assessor-Recorder Paul Dictos. Staff from the Assessor-Recorder’s office will present on how Williamson Act valuations are determined and discuss the calculations for the current year.
