2019 VENDOR FEES

  • FOR A FOOD VENDOR APPLICATION, PLEASE CONTACT DONNA AT (201) 653-2699 x251 FOR BOARD OF HEALTH, FIRE AND INSURANCE PAPERWORK. ANYTHING EDIBLE MUST BE APPROVED BY DONNA.

  • IF YOU ARE SAMPLING DIPS, OILS OR ANY TYPE OF FOOD PRODUCT YOU MUST OBTAIN A TEMPORARY FOOD LICENSE FROM THE BOARD OF HEALTH WHICH INCLUDES AN ADDITIONAL FEE. PLEASE CONTACT DONNA AT DVELLA@THISISITPRODUCTIONS FOR THE FORMS.

  • ARTIST: $125 per space, (12x10) for selling hand made items, by you the artist, not handmade by another person or in another country. IF YOU ARE SELLING BOTH CRAFT & RETAIL YOU MUST PAY THE RETAIL FEE. PHOTOS OF ALL HANDMADE ITEMS MUST BE EMAILED TO DONNA. There will be a $35 late fee if application is received after 5.17.19.

  • RETAIL: $210 per space, (12x10) selling any commercial merchandise & services, sole proprietor. There will be a $35 late fee if application is received after 5.17.19.

  • CORPORATE: $500 per space, (12x10) national brand or company, home improvement companies, franchises. There will be a $35 late fee if application is received after 5.17.19.

  • NON-PROFIT - $200 per space, (12x10) for 501(c)3 (please attach mission statement & proof of non-profit status). YOU MAY NOT OFFER FACE PAINTING,TATTOO'S, FREE WATER OR CANDY. There will be a $35 late fee if application is received after 5.17.19.

  • THE GREATER WESTFIELD AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE MEMBER - $135 per space, 12x10) for selling any commercial products & services. MUST BE A MEMBER IN GOOD STANDING. There will be a $35 late fee if application is received after 5.17.19.

2019 VENDOR DETAILS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

  • EXHIBITOR MAY NOT EXTEND BEYOND THEIR BOOTH SPACE OR WALK THE EVENT TO SOLICIT. SIDEWALKS MUST REMAIN CLEAR. NO BOXES, CONTAINERS, CHAIRS OR PERSONAL BELONGINGS ALLOWED ON THE SIDEWALK. YOUR SPACE IS IN YOUR BOOTH ONLY! EXHIBITOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR TENT, TABLES & CHAIRS. Tent must be weighted & covering must meet the following specifications: standard four-cornered nylon or vinyl weaves (i.e E-Z Up Type). TABLES MUST BE COVERED WITH CLOTH TABLECLOTHES DOWN TO THE GROUND. NO EXCEPTIONS!! TARP STYLE TENT STRUCTURES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED.

  • Non-Profit organizations are strongly encouraged to create an interactive activity (i.e. Craft, Game) in conjunction with promotion of mission statement. YOU MAY NOT OFFER FACE PAINTING, TATTOO'S, DRINKS OR CANDY.

  • Exhibitors will keep booth assembled and staffed for entire duration of the Festival and remove all merchandise, boxes, debris. Vendors are not allowed to deposit trash in barrels or cans available for Event patrons. EXHIBITOR MAY NOT REASSIGN OR SHARE BOOTH SPACE.

  • Only those items written in application and included in photos will be for sale or display. The event organizers reserve the right to refuse unacceptable items for display or sale. ITEMS NOT ALLOWED ARE: TOY GUNS, SWORDS, SILLY STRING, POPPERS, ANY WEAPONS OF ANY KIND. IF ANY OF THE AFOREMENTIONED ITEMS ARE ON DISPLAY OR SOLD, EXHIBITOR WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE. Exhibitor may not reassign or share exhibit space. Exhibitor may not offer free children’s product or activity (i.e. face painting, balloons, tattoos, etc.) without prior approval from the event organizer. No beverages, candy or food items are to be sold or given away.

  • The event organizer reserves the right to decline, prohibit or remove any exhibit which is deemed out of keeping with the character of the Event, including persons, things, products, services, printed material, conduct, alcohol, smoke, noise, etc. Exhibitors will not use flashing lights or noise making devices. Generators must be pre-approved, in writing, by event organizer. If the generator is too loud or organizers receive complaints, the generator will be shut down. No water or electric is available on-site. YOU MUST HAVE A FIRE EXTINGUISHER AT YOUR BOOTH IF YOU USE A GENERATOR.

  • Exhibitors can not use the Event name or logo on any merchandise (T shirts, mugs, etc.) sold or given to the public without pre-approval, in writing, by the event organizer.

  • Rain date 9.8.19. It is ultimately a collective decision between This Is It! Productions, the GWACC and the Garwood Police Department to judge in good faith whether or not personal safety or property are threatened or compromised by threatening or inclement weather. If weather conditions are determined to be abnormal before or during event hours and have an adverse effect on the scheduled Event, the Event will be canceled. If the Event is canceled due to inclement weather before or during the event, the rain date will be September 8th. If the vendor cannot attend the rain date, the vendor will not be entitled to any form of refund or credit.

  • The undersigned understands that this form shall become a binding contract upon acceptance by This Is It! Productions, Inc. and The Greater Westfield Area Chamber of Commerce and agrees to a) release event organizers, Town of Garwood, its agents and employees, and Event Sponsors from any loss or damage and all liability for the duration of the Event and its set-up and breakdown period, and b) abide by the Event rules and regulations which are a part of this agreement and event organizers rules and regulations governing events for 2019.
