Please Join the Western PA Chapter, NECA for our DECEMBER NECA CONTRACTOR EDUCATION program - a 4 Day "BASIC ESTIMATING" Experience with instructor Bob Mooty. The program will run from Monday December 3rd to Thursday, December 6th - 9:00am - 5:00pm each day. Participants will need to be present all 4 days. *Boxed Lunches Included Daily*
