Join in a free public forum with Onondaga County Executive J. Ryan McMahon II from 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 13, in the Performing Arts Centre of Academic II at Onondaga Community College. FOCUS Greater Syracuse and Leadership Greater Syracuse will moderate. Parking is free in lots 6, 7 and 17. McMahon wants to hear your interests and concerns.
