"The Collective Memory of Genocide” w/ Rwandan Minister of Justice Busingye

The Minister of Justice and A.G. of the Republic of Rwanda, will discuss the collective memory of genocide with a specific focus on genocide denial and international arrest warrants in the aftermath of genocides, as well as Rwanda’s collaboration with the international community to bring those involved in the 1994 Genocide to justice.
