Prayer & Meditation Retreat

We will practice contemplative worship, Centering Prayer, meditation, journaling, and labyrinth walking. Our days will be quiet, our meals simple; there will be some total group time to discuss our use of silence, daily practice at home, and other prayer/meditation techniques.
