  • What you’ll learn: How to promote self-care through role modeling & cultivating a true wellness community within your agency/team Supporting YAPMs with accessing wellness tools, services, and supports to ensure supervision does not turn into therapy Understand that self-care is a process, that needs to be revisited frequently in supervision if YAPMs are to be role models around health & wellness Learn how accommodations are a process that need development, documentation & evaluation Understand what the common accommodations are for young adults in peer roles

  • Attendees will also receive: (1) Accommodations process with questions to guide effective negotiation & (2) a self-care & on-going evaluation plan
