Fairy Faire 2019

An annual event for the community to enjoy. It is held on Saturday, April 6. It is open to the public from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Held at Payne Park Auditorium, conveniently located near S Washington Blvd (HWY 301) and Ringling Blvd (close to Fruitville Rd. and Main St.).

Terms and Conditions

  • Set up: Saturday 8:30 am to 10:00 am Show Hours: Saturday 10:00 am– 4:00 pm. Tear Down: Saturday 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm Exhibitors must sign in/register at front desk by Saturday, 9:30 am. Otherwise, your booth will be reassigned and you will forfeit your right to participate in the show, as well as all fees and monies paid. Exhibitors are either a Vendor or a Reader (see above). You may purchase more than one booth via a second registration using a different email address. There is no multiple booth discount.

  • Up to two ID badges may be picked up at registration when you register/check in. Additional badges may be purchased by pre-order for $5. Booth rental includes only the interior space of the booth. Keep aisles clear of displays, merchandise, furniture, signs, and other items. Electricity is in place and available at Vendor booths by pre-order only for $15. Outlets and drops are shared, regardless of location. Please bring your own surge protectors, power strips, extension cords. No sharing, assigning, or subletting of booths is permitted. Location of booth assigned to Exhibitor is at the sole discretion of Management. Some types of Exhibitors may be limited in number, at the sole discretion of Management.

  • Prohibited: Open flames, burning incense,or similar, loose glitter, confetti, or similar, food or drink for sale, drilling or placing holes nails, hooks, tacks, screws, staples, fastenings or fixtures of any type into any part of the premises including walls and floor, distributing or using adhesive back decals (stick-on) or similar items (except nametags), altering the premises in any way, helium balloons as giveaways (Note: helium-filled balloons are allowed in the auditorium only as part of a display, and must be securely fastened), animals or pets in the building (Note: nothing herein shall be construed to prohibit dogs trained to assist or aid disabled or handicapped persons when such dogs are actually being used to assist or aid such persons). Cost of cleanup of prohibited items and related are entirely the Exhibitor’s responsibility. Alcoholic beverages, illegal substances, or illegal activities are not permitted on premises. Aromatic diffusers are permitted in outside booths only.

  • All Exhibitors are considered independent contractors. All necessary permits, licenses, insurance, credentials, and taxes are the sole responsibility of all participants. Each Exhibitor is responsible for the security at their booth. Management, at their sole discretion, reserves the right to require Exhibitor to remove their booth contents and leave the premises due to unprofessional, unethical, or unacceptable behavior. If exhibitor is asked to leave, all fees, deposits, and payments will not be refunded. By accepting, Exhibitor and associated parties agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mystical Bazaar, The Spirit University, and their agents, employees, representatives, successors and assigns from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions at law or in equity and expenses of any type or description, including attorney’s fees, relating to this Agreement or any matter relating to Mystical Bazaar, The Spirit University, or the subject matter hereof.

  • NO REFUNDS. Event will take place rain or shine.
