Basics of Maintaining a Sourdough Culture

This short course will cover the basics of starting a sourdough culture from scratch, maintaining a culture and will expand on the variety of ways a sourdough culture can be used. The nutritional, flavor and health benefits of sourdough will be discussed. Participants will take home some starter culture as well as some recipes for using it.
