Culinary Techniques III: Fish – Hands On

While fish is very tasty to eat, many are not confident cooking it. In this class, you’ll overcome this concern in our discussion on how to choose a fish at the market. You’ll watch the chef demonstrate fabricating a piece of fish in preparation to cook. Gain hands-on experience poaching and pan-searing an array of fish. This is a BYOB Event.
