Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Training is a two-day course filled with lectures, practices and role plays that will provide participants with a general knowledge of the Lean Six Sigma approach and basic methodologies and tools. Yellow Belts provide meaningful assistance through dedicated day-to-day roles toward the organization's performance goals.
